At True Balance Pilates and Fitness, our mission is to enhance the lives of individuals through pilates exercises and functional training.
Our True Balance Classes offer small personalized group classes of six people or less in a comfortable, non-intimidating environment. One-on-one personal training is also available. Post rehabilitation/ medical conditions are welcome.
Pilates is for any skill level from beginner through advanced and you will absolutely feel improvements in flexibility, posture, movement coordination, spine and core strength within ten sessions.
Our Studio has six Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformer Pilates Equipment and five indoor stationary bicycles.
